Halloween partygoers confused by Twilight Zone event

Last night around 4000 people were left disappointed and distressed after paying up to £20 to watch 1960s television series The Twilight Zone at a “secret location”, revealed to be the Edinburgh Corn Exchange.

Many in attendance had thought when buying tickets that the event ‘Journey to The Twilight Zone’ would be a Halloween party, when in fact it was literally a journey to go and see The Twilight Zone.

One student from the University of Edinburgh said, “I can’t believe I literally did the same thing as my dad this Halloween. We actually watched the same episodes which was especially sad.”

Partygoers were subjected to almost seven hours of the television series before they were released.

Some of those in attendance had a positive reaction, saying, “at least I was drunk” and “obscure television series turn me on”.

A spokesperson for event organiser Out of Bounds said, “Once again we really pushed the boundaries of entertainment.”
