Students inspired by well-organised admin lecture
New and returning students at the University of Edinburgh, whose classes started up again this week, were mystified across the board by the skill, fluency, preparation and general interest displayed by the lecturers in the administrative lectures which traditionally start the year of study.
Lecturers looked exceptionally interested in the details of how students could access online journal articles for tutorials and seminars, and had clearly taken exceptional care in ensuring all of the articles they recommended were accessible by students at the University of Edinburgh.
The listing of lecture times and locations was described by 1st year English Literature student Flora McIntyre as “Sexy, amazing and downright fuckable.” She continued “At school the teachers just rattled off portions of the subject in which they were interested, with no actual concern for teaching. Here I can tell they’ll be different if they put that much thought into housekeeping. Phwoar. I can’t wait until the next lecture.”
The University of Edinburgh stated that it was exceptional work by that staff that guaranteed the ‘high standards of administration’ delivered every single year.
Flipside attempted to contact the EUSA sabbs for a comment, but they’d all snuck into First Year lectures to experience the orgasmic and addictive admin lectures.
